This 3-hour CE program supports licensed and pre-licensed BiPOC mental health professionals and graduate-level clinicians in developing sustainable self-care practices that protect wellness, reduce burnout risk, and strengthen clinical presence. The training examines the unique pressures that can accompany BiPOC clinical work—including cultural taxation, identity-related stress, and the impact of repeated exposure to trauma—while offering concrete strategies for grounding, boundaries, recovery, and professional sustainability. Participants will leave with a personalized self-care plan and practical tools they can apply immediately in clinical practice. Supervisors of BiPOC clinicians are also encouraged to attend to strengthen support for supervisees and promote wellness-centered supervision.
