Group Therapy & Healing Circles

At ACTS Care, we believe that healing doesn’t have to happen alone. Our Group Therapy and Healing Circles provide supportive spaces where individuals can come together to share experiences, build resilience, and grow emotionally and spiritually—guided by trained, culturally attuned clinicians.

Group therapy offers a powerful sense of connection and validation, while Healing Circles foster intentional community, storytelling, and collective wisdom rooted in culture, faith, and empowerment.

Women’s Wellness Circle: “It all can’t get done!”

Welcome to Women's Wellness Circle: "It all can't get done!" - a supportive space for women where we understand the challenges of managing life's demands. Life can often feel overwhelming, and it's okay to admit that sometimes it all just can't get done. In this group, we come together to explore the key to managing life around us.

Together, we'll discover practical strategies for managing stress and creating a life that aligns with our values and well-being.

Ongoing group.
