Mental Health Therapist

Actively Seeking New Clients

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a deep-rooted commitment to supporting the emotional and developmental well-being of children and adults. Guided by empathy, integrity, and a strong sense of service, I strive to provide a safe and nurturing space where individuals can heal, grow, and rediscover their inner strength.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale (SIUC) and a Master’s degree in Counseling from National Louis University. As a licensed School Counselor currently pursuing my LPC credential, I bring both academic expertise and hands-on experience to my therapeutic work.

My approach is grounded in building trust and fostering meaningful connections. Whether working with a child navigating early emotional challenges or an adult processing trauma, I create an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. My warm and approachable personality, combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills, helps cultivate relationships rooted in safety and understanding.

With an enthusiastic and proactive approach to counseling, I am deeply dedicated to the mental health, resilience, and success of each individual I serve. I work to support the whole person emotionally, mentally, and socially, by blending traditional therapeutic techniques with innovative, client-centered interventions.

Above all, my goal is to be a stabilizing and positive presence, empowering clients to move beyond trauma, embrace their strengths, and experience meaningful growth in a space that feels calm, inclusive, and affirming.
