Often, we are bombarded by other’s expectation of self-care. However, your guide to self-care requires you learn about methods they could work for you. Self-care is not about going to the spa everyday! Self-care means listening to your body, being present and taking care of your mental health.

Self-care is not selfish. You can’t be of service to others if your energy level is low and your self-care needs are not met.

When you take care of your needs, you will be recharged enough to be the best friend, colleague or mother that you can.
